How we run a project
- Design and concept — interior concept, layouts and specification
- Coordination — fit-out and MEP coordination with your contractor and consultants
- Procurement — kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, doors, joinery, FF&E and OS&E
- Budget control — budgeting, reconciliation and fit-out pre-qualification
- Installation and handover — quality control, snagging and a documented handover
